Guangdong sets up special hotline for candidates

Guangdong police have launched a series of new measures to safeguard gaokao fairness and security, ensuring smooth exams across the province, Guangzhou-based southcn.com reported.

According to the report, special working teams will crack down on illegal activities related to the upcoming gaokao, such as selling or using wireless cheating devices, organizing cheating and exam-related fraud especially using AI for cheating schemes.

In addition, a special hotline has also been set up for candidates to report issues related to the exam, while a video-based emergency response system has been introduced to enhance the accuracy of incident location, response speed and overall emergency handling efficiency.
