Bvlgari's new summer semi-buffet is bellissima

As summer approaches, the one Michelin-starred Il Ristorante — Niko Romito at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing introduces a new semi-buffet Sunday brunch in May. Featuring a curated selection of Italian dishes and seasonal ingredients, the brunch upholds chef Niko Romito's emphasis on simplicity and flavor.
Served at The Bvlgari Bar's bronze oval counter, the brunch includes antipasti, Italian cold cuts, over 10 varieties of artisanal cheese, house-made focaccia and breadsticks, Mediterranean salads, and a seafood station featuring steamed lobster and seasonal catches.

Guests can also choose from a range of freshly prepared pasta, risotto, and main courses, such as whole baked turbot with olives, capers, and tomato, or pork neck with fava beans and balsamic vinegar. Desserts are served in Il Ristorante's private dining room, with a selection of classic Italian sweets, including Tiramisu and Baba.
The brunch menu changes monthly to reflect seasonal produce and includes optional beverage pairings, such as Italian aperitivo, sparkling wine, and a caviar and champagne package.
