2025 Shanghai Education Expo to spotlight integration of AI in education

The 22nd Shanghai Education Expo will kick off at the Shanghai Exhibition Center on Friday. Hosted by the Shanghai Educational Press Group, this year's expo, centered around artificial intelligence, will feature an offline exhibition lasting through Sunday and an online showcase running until the end of June.
With nearly 130 educational institutions participating, the expo is divided into various exhibition areas, including AI+Education, higher education, regional education, vocational education, and AI education community zones.
A highlight of this year's expo is the joint presentation of the municipal-level exhibition area by the three provinces and one municipality in the Yangtze River Delta region. This collaboration aims to demonstrate how these regions are leveraging AI to transform teaching models and research paradigms.
The Yangtze River Delta region education integration area will showcase outstanding AI education achievements from universities and schools in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. The expo will also feature innovative cases of AI integration in education, such as Shanghai Luwan Senior High School's modern curriculum system that incorporates AI technology into courses. Universities like Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University will showcase how they use AI to drive educational transformation.
