Computing power should generate output and enhance efficiency

Guo Yufeng, a national political advisor and the deputy general manager of Phytium Technology, a Chinese chipmaker, said that large model applications are indivisible with computing power support. As computing resources are still scarce, he suggested allocating computing power to areas that can generate practical output and improve efficiency to avoid waste of resources.
