The Badaling Great Wall in Beijing's Yanqing district has unveiled a slew of activities to help visitors usher in the new year.
The scenic area's administration is presenting a light show, a music gala, a night tour, and sunrise observation on the night of Dec 31.
The aim is to entice young travelers with a romantic atmosphere and strong sense of occasion.
Photography services are in place for visitors walking along the Great Wall, while folk performances, including Peking Opera and stand-up comedy, will enliven the visit.
Skiing and other winter sports are being prepared for travelers during the New Year's Day holiday, according to the administration.
