Fishing boat capsizes in Dalian, nine missing

The news outlet reported that the Liaoning Maritime Bureau issued a navigation warning on Sunday evening regarding a capsized fishing boat in a certain location in the Bohai Sea, reminding passing ships to be cautious.
Based on preliminary assessments at the scene, the fishing boat is suspected to have capsized after a collision, with the specific cause currently under investigation. Authorities are coordinating search and rescue efforts.
The report clarified that the circulating online information suggesting that the boat was overturned by Japanese vessels is false.
