Four people were killed and three injured when a residential building caught fire on the evening of Friday in Shenyang of Liaoning province, Xinhua News Agency reported on Saturday.
Preliminary investigation showed that the blaze was caused by an electric bicycle catching fire during charging on the ground floor, igniting the building's insulation layer. The details of the accident are under further probe.
