After Super Typhoon Yagi hit Hainan province on Friday afternoon and caused widespread damage, transportation in the province is gradually returning to normal on Sunday.

The airport had ceased operations since 8 pm on Thursday. Sanya Phoenix International Airport and Qionghai Boao International Airport have gradually resumed operations starting at 10 am on Saturday.
