100 Chinese citizens repatriated after offshore gambling in Philippines

Nearly 100 Chinese citizens that engaged in offshore gambling in the Philippines have been repatriated to China on Friday under the cooperation of law enforcement authorities of China and the Philippines, as announced by the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines.
The repatriation is in line with the consensus between China and the Philippines on jointly combating offshore gambling, marking another successful joint operation following the Philippine government's announcement of a ban on all offshore gambling in the country, it said.
