Countdown to World Games 2025 Chengdu begins

In a video speech on Wednesday, Jose Perurena, president of the International World Games Association, expressed his best wishes for the coming World Games 2025 in Chengdu, Sichuan province, and started the one-year countdown.
"With one year left, today marks an important milestone. This is a key step in preparation for this great event," said Perurena, who is in Paris for the Summer Olympics.
Hailing the work of the World Games organizing committee as extraordinary, he said he looks forward to outstanding athletes from different parts of the world gathering in Chengdu.
