5 killed, 14 injured in industrial park blast in China's Henan

Five people were killed and 14 injured when the aluminum rod crystallizer exploded at the Gaozhuang Industrial Park in Yongcheng, Henan province, at 6:32 pm on Friday, the city’s emergency management bureau reported on Saturday.
The blast occurred at Henan Zhongrui Nonferrous Metal Materials Co at the park. The person in charge of the company has been detained. Post-incident work and investigation into the cause of the accident are ongoing, according to the bureau.
