Immigration police officers maintained their posts 24 hours a day to ensure efficient customs clearances and engaged in multiple discussions and exchanges with the airport, Harbin Customs and the airlines to provide service guarantees for the events.

Before the peak passenger arrival period, all verification channels were fully staffed to prevent congestion. Port security measures also supported the events.
