BUDAPEST -- Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said here Thursday that his country does not identify with the rhetoric of so-called "overcapacity" or "de-risking."
He made the remarks during a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is on a state visit to the European country.
