61st Higher Education Expo China kicks off in Fuzhou

The 61st Higher Education Expo China (HEEC) opened in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province, on April 15.

HEEC, founded in 1992, is the largest and most influential comprehensive brand exhibition in the field of higher education in China. Over the past 32 years, the event has been hosted 60 times in 25 cities. It has established partnerships with Chongqing, Qingdao, Hefei and Fuzhou.

The expo includes two parts: a high-tech equipment exhibition area and a special area. The high-tech equipment exhibition area covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters and includes areas such as a laboratory and scientific research equipment exhibition area, an information technology and smart education exhibition area, and a practical training and mechanical and electrical exhibition area.

The special area, spanning nearly 40,000 square meters, includes three major exhibition areas: university area, cross-Strait integrated development achievement exhibition area, and talent area.

This expo also focused on the high-quality development of higher education, organizing more than 40 high-quality academic exchange activities focusing on the digital development of higher education, teaching reform and teacher development in higher education, and more.
