Cross-Strait matchmaking event for robotics, smart automation held in Henan
A cross-Strait matchmaking event for robotics and smart automation industry was held in Zhengzhou, Henan province, on Tuesday.
Six projects covering intelligent coordination between highways and vehicles, snow-sweeping robots, intelligent sorting and manufacturing, healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries, smart healthcare, and smart plant factories were signed at the opening ceremony.
According to Zhang Leiming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, as of the end of 2023, a total of 2,264 Taiwan-funded enterprises had been approved in the province, with a total investment of $19.6 billion.
Since 2014, the matchmaking event in robotics industry has been held in Shanghai, Taipei, and other cities for 11 consecutive times. The 11th event in Zhengzhou aims to promote cross-Strait cooperation on robotics and automation industries, providing an important platform for cross-Strait entrepreneurs to communicate, learn latest trends and seek market opportunities.
