Four-month-old panda cub captured by infrared cameras

A four-month-old wild giant panda cub have been captured by infrared cameras in February and March this year in Baiyang Nature Reserve in Songpan county, Sichuan province. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

The two infrared cameras were installed about 500 meters apart, according to the bureau. By analyzing factors including camera placement, recording time, panda activities, and regional habitat, forest rangers have confirmed that the mother and cub captured by the two infrared cameras are the same pair, the bureau said.
