Dalian's scenic road draws tourists

A road leading to the seaside in Dalian, Liaoning province, has gained widespread attention online in recent days. As cruise ships and other vessels pass by, it creates a picturesque scene, attracting hundreds of visitors every day.

This dual six-lane road with a slope, known as Gangdongwu Street, stretches 1.5 kilometers and offers a beautiful view of the deep blue sea at its end.

It has become a popular topic on social media platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat, with netizens dubbing it "the most beautiful road in Dalian".

Responding to the fervent discussions and wishes expressed by netizens, the traffic police with Dalian public security bureau have deployed female traffic officers, horseback police, and mobile patrol police to the area.

During peak visitor hours, temporary traffic control measures and designated photography areas have been implemented to separate tourists from motorized and non-motorized vehicles, ensuring the safety of both citizens and tourists as they capture their memorable moments.
