Gunmen storm police station in Armenian capital

MOSCOW -- Three armed men on Sunday broke into a police department building in the Nor Nork district in Yerevan, Armenia's interior ministry said.

According to preliminary information, two of the three men were wounded due to detonated hand grenades they were carrying.

The Interfax news agency reported earlier that the gunmen could belong to the Combat Brotherhood organization. However, the organization denied reports of its involvement, according to Sputnik Armenia.
