Beijing has firmly grasped its responsibilities as the capital ....deeply promoted the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and vigorously strengthened the modernization of governance as a megacity. Through promoting industrial innovation with technological innovation, we aim to form a development paradigm driven by new quality productive forces that align with the positioning of the capital, demonstrate innovative advantages, foster environmentally friendly growth and deepen regional coordination. We will further promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, creating a driving force that leads the high-quality development of the country.

Tianjin will focus on economic development as its central task and high-quality development as its top priority.
