Russia's PM to visit China for 28th regular meeting
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin will be in China from Tuesday to Wednesday for the 28th regular meeting between China and Russia's heads of government. Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said on Monday that the two sides will have in-depth exchanges over bilateral relations, pragmatic cooperation and issues of common concerns. China hopes that through this meeting, the two countries will deepen cooperation, enhance people-to-people and local exchanges, and further deepen their relations, Wang said.

Car plows into vehicle in Biden's motorcade
A car plowed into a parked SUV that was guarding President Joe Biden's motorcade on Sunday, while the president was leaving his campaign headquarters. The president was unharmed. While Biden was walking from the campaign office to his waiting armored SUV, a sedan hit a US Secret Service vehicle that was being used to close off intersections near the headquarters. The sedan tried to continue into a closed-off intersection, before personnel surrounded the vehicle with weapons drawn.
