On Wednesday, a 20-meter-tall snowman was completed on the bank of the Songhua River in Harbin, the capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, inviting residents and tourists to take photos.

Workers spent around ten days constructing the snowman using 2,000 cubic meters of snow.

The giant snowman has a bright red fur hat with a red carrot-shaped nose. It has a smile to welcome visitors and locals alike.

The snowman is holding a red torch in its right hand, symbolizing that Harbin will host the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025.
