Xiadian township, an agriculture hub in Shandong province, is actively fostering new industries and innovating business models to promote rural revitalization.

Leveraging the Xiadian Township Business Association as a key facilitator, the township is actively building a platform for member enterprise communication, paving the way for innovative business models and a thriving local economy.

Since the association’s establishment, it has unified the design and packaging of local products such as rice, pears, and strawberries. Registering the trademark "Enjoy Sweet Xiadian", the association has created a distinctive brand for local products.

The association has also ventured into online sales platforms by collaborating with Douyin. For offline businesses, it partnered with renowned retailers and grocery stores.

In April, the association actively encouraged member enterprises to conduct activities like product exhibitions and sales at the "Pear Blossom Festival” inaugurated by the township. Other activities included folk culture exhibits and comprehensive agricultural services, aiming at enhancing visitor experience while promoting local brands.

The association has also been actively attracting investment. This year, the Xiadian Township New Material Industrial Park project with a total investment of over 76 million yuan ($10.6 million) was set up in Xiadian, which, upon completion, was included as a key municipal project.
