Germany's Schroder visits university to promote exchanges

Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroder visited Wuchang University of Technology on Thursday in Wuhan, Hubei province, to promote education cooperation between China and Germany.

The university was founded in 1997 and is one of the first private universities in China. Schroder has been hired as a visiting professor.
