China holds International Sniper Competition

Based on the annual plan, the Chinese People's Armed Police Force held the "Sharp Blade-2023" International Sniper Competition in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region in mid-July.

The competition consists of multiple categories such as individual sniping, group sniping and more. Nearly 40 sniper teams from 18 countries, including Belarus, Pakistan, Kuwait, South Africa and the Dominican Republic, participated in the competition.

The competition is of great significance in enhancing the counter-terrorism capabilities of special operations forces and strengthening pragmatic cooperation between the Chinese PAP Force and its foreign counterparts.
