Italian professor confident about China-Italy ties

China and Italy have developed deep and vibrant connections across many spheres; spanning trade, culture, tourism, and education.

Among them, in 2019, Italy was the first G7 member to support the Belt and Road Initiative.

To gain insight into what drives the successful collaboration between the countries, China Daily has visited Milan, Italy.

Daniele Cologna, a professor at the University of Insubria, spoke to us and expressed his confidence in the relationship between Italy and China.
