Dame Jenny Shipley, former prime minister of New Zealand, told China Daily that Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is in a sweet spot to be the catalyst for the next step in the ongoing global mega-shift. The city is strategically positioned to be a dominant player in the development of the global economy, she said.
