Bai pointed out in his speech that tourism spreads civilization, exchanges culture and enhances friendship. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain, and it is also the "China-Spain Culture and Tourism Year". He continues and took the opportunity to jointly strengthen open cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism.

Wu emphasized that Shandong, as the hometown of Confucius, is rich in cultural and tourism resources. It is believed that the Shandong Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference will open a window for Spanish people to understand the history and culture of Shandong and China, show the unique charm of Shandong and Chinese culture, and further promote the mutual understanding and friendly exchanges between the people of China and Spain.
