Night economy lights up cities across China

Night economy has emerged as a new driving force for consumption across China, bringing new vitality to urban economic and social development as the weather warms up.

Hangzhou's Dongchao Art Park has opened its night market, including food stalls, cultural accessories and performances, and has become a popular destination for young people.

A night market featuring intangible cultural heritage products was held in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, attracting both locals and tourists. The event has provided visitors with various experiences such as enjoying specialty snacks and art handicrafts and boosted the consumption vitality of the ancient city.

Other cities such as Chongqing, Kunming, Lanzhou and Zibo have also organized various night markets, bringing a wave of economic vitality.
