A young gun shows others how to wear their wings with pride

"I enjoy the exhilaration of flying fighter jets, which are as swift as the wind and as quick as lightning."
This is how Zhang Yuliang, a CPC Party member and a carrier-based aircraft pilot, describes his feeling of flying military aircraft.
Carrier-based aircraft have their own, specific training requirements, and landing them demands high-precision accuracy, with almost no room for error.
Zhang was a top performer in his arduous training, once executing nearly 100 zero-error maneuvers in 60 seconds and successfully bringing the plane back to base.
Now, having mastered highly technical skills and being rated as someone with the highest mental acuity, he has become a flight instructor at a training base of the People's Liberation Army Naval Aviation University.
"As pilots and flight instructors, our mission is to provide our personnel with the absolutely best training," he says.
He and his comrades-in-arms are committed to showing naval aviation at its very best and working to modernize China's national defense, he says.
