Nanning Wuxu International Airport will resume operation of more air routes for its summer flight season, which started on March 26 and will run until Oct 28.

In the new flight season, the airport is scheduled to handle 462 domestic and overseas passenger and cargo flights every day, which is an additional 20 flights when compared to its 2022 winter flight season.

Around 40 airlines will operate in Nanning's airport, covering 150 air routes to over 85 domestic cities and 15 overseas cities.

The airport will resume more flights to capital and major economic cities in ASEAN countries, including Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Vientiane and Rangoon, in addition to its current flights to Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Manila.

Flights to popular tourism destinations, such as Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Nha Trang, will be launched according to the market demands so as to promote the revival of the global passenger transportation market.
