Boats carrying migrants capsize off San Diego; 8 dead, 7 missing

At least eight people are dead, and seven others are missing after two migrant smuggling boats capsized off the northern coast of San Diego County, California, authorities said Sunday, marking one of the deadliest maritime human smuggling operations ever off of US shores.
