Women's basketball meets New Year in Yunnan

Residents of Xiangbai village in Yingjiang county, Yunnan province, have enjoyed lively local women's basketball games — regular events held to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year.

Adjacent to the border with Myanmar, the village is densely forested and boasts a good ecological environment.

Members of the Lisu ethnic group dressed in traditional clothing and join in the games.
