Light show celebrates 2023 and dual-Olympic city

The Olympic Park Observation Tower and nearby Wangjing building cluster were lit up by a light show to celebrate the new year and promote the culture of the dual-Olympic city of Beijing.

The show began at 6 pm on the New Year's Eve and a 10-second countdown was followed by e-fireworks on the Olympic Park Observation Tower at the north section of the city's north-south axis.
