Shanghai issues bilingual e-brochure for foreign services

Welcome to Shanghai, an international center for economic, financial, trade, shipping, and technological innovation in China. Today, as the world faces great changes unseen in a century, Shanghai is more eager than ever to attract new talent. The city stands at an important juncture on the road to becoming an international, socialist, modern metropolis, and its open, innovative, and tolerant culture make it a land of opportunity, where the world's best minds can gather to imagine the future together.

To better serve talent from across the globe, the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (the Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs), or STCSM (SAFEA) for short, has launched a series of groundbreaking policy initiatives for foreign workers based in Shanghai to ensure that they can fully appreciate the true warmth and splendor of this city.
