Beef hotpot restaurant chain opens new branch in Beijing

Zuoting Youyuan fresh beef hotpot restaurant chain will open a new branch in Raffles City shopping mall in Beijing's Dongcheng district on Nov 3.

The name of the restaurant chain means to have a courtyard dining environment in decor style. Founded in Shanghai in 2015, the chain has opened over 100 branches across the country.

Fresh beef is the signature of the restaurant. Each part of the beef, such as the chewy meat from the hind legs and the tender and juicy snowflake beef, has its unique taste.

The two-flavor soup base is a must-try. One flavor is light soup made with ox bone, beef ball, sweet corn and white radish and the other spicy soup is made with sirloin and radish.
