To welcome the annual New Zealand Chinese Language Week, the China Cultural Center in Wellington gave three classes on guzheng (Chinese zither) to students at Scots College on Sept 21, 22 and 30.

Guo Zongguang, the center director, said 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and New Zealand. The classes on Chinese folk music can provide the local people a more accessible way to learn about Chinese culture.
