27 dead after Guizhou bus accident

A bus carrying 47 people turned on its side on a freeway in Southwestern China's Guizhou province early Sunday morning, killing 27 people, local police said.
The bus was running on a highway section in Sandu Shui autonomous county when the accident occurred, according to the country's public security bureau.
As of Sunday at noon, the other 20 people who were onboard are receiving treatment. Government departments have sent out teams to the scene.
