Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, sent a congratulatory letter on Friday for the opening of the International Civil Society Solidarity Conference on the Global Development Initiative in Beijing.
The meeting was organized by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
