Car crash in Henan kills 1, injures 28

Police in Henan province have detained the hit-and-run driver of an off-road vehicle who caused a deadly accident on Thursday in Luohe.
The incident occurred at 6:52 am at the city's Wuyang county. One person was killed and 28 were injured, two of them seriously, the city's publicity department told CGTN.
The 33-year-old driver of the off-road vehicle is a resident of the county.
An investigation is underway, the department said.
