Investigation into Heilongjiang explosion underway

One person is confirmed dead, two injured and two missing after an explosion at a residential building in Yichun, Heilongjiang province on early Tuesday, according to the local government.
The explosion occurred 3:26 am on Tuesday at a steamed bun shop on the first floor of a three-story building, causing part of the building to collapse.
Preliminary investigations showed the accident was caused by a cooking gas cylinder explosion, authorities said.
Rescue teams immediately arrived at the site after the accident and helped the trapped individuals.
As of noon on Tuesday, rescue work and further investigation are still underway.
