Explosion killed 2, injured 20 in Beijing's neighbor

A gas explosion occurred on Friday morning at a commercial street at Yanjiao town in Sanhe city, Langfang, Hebei province, leaving two dead and 20 injured as of Friday afternoon, according to a statement from the city's government.
It was a detonation from a liquified petroleum gas pot in a shop at Fucheng Shangjie Times Square which happened around 9 am on Friday. Some windows and doors of shops on the street were damaged.
A total of 22 people were injured, two of whom died despite emergency rescue efforts. The rest are being treated at a local hospital.
Rescue at the site finished at 1:30 pm, the statement said.
Investigation on the cause is underway.
The town neighbors Beijing's Tongzhou district.
