Zhang said at present, the country still faces problems such as difficult integration of heterogeneous computing resources, difficulty scheduling distributed computing resources, insufficient security-sharing of data elements and high energy consumption of computing facilities. In order to solve these problems, the government needs to strengthen network connectivity, data integration, energy integration and policy integration.
