He said the center, in partnership with the French embassy in China and the European Union National Institutes for Culture in China, will hold exhibitions, performances, dialogue activities and artist-in-residence programs.

According to Choi, the foundation has also set up a number of cultural exchange centers in countries, including France, Canada, Japan, Vietnam and Cambodia, to build mutual understanding, friendship and business.
