Revisiting ancient China in novelist Ma Boyong's new spy legend

As one of the country's most popular suspense novelists, People's Literature Prize-winning Ma Boyong will see his spy tale The Wind Blows from Longxi brought to life on the television screen.

Under the helm of renowned director Lu Yang, known for the noir fantasy A Writer's Odyssey and martial arts franchise Brotherhood of Blades, the TV series, titled as same as the novel, is scheduled to air on CCTV-8 and be streamed on iQiyi on April 27.
