New website to show China through Sichuan

The Sichuan International Communication Center, or SICC, was unveiled recently.

Located in the Western Cultural Industry Center in Chengdu, Sichuan province, the SICC is a professional international communication organization operated by Sichuan Daily Press Group. It plans to create a convergent online media system for domestic and overseas communication to allow people to experience China through the lens of Sichuan, said Chen Lan, chair of the group, at the launch on Sunday.

The site will include audiovisual presentations in English, covering YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, with several characteristic channels, including Sanxingdui Culture, Sanxingdui Channel, Discover Buddha Grottoes, Panda Daily Show and China Walk TV.
