13 killed, 4 missing as motorboat capsizes in central Vietnam

HANOI -- At least 13 people died and four others were missing on Saturday after a passenger boat sank offshore beach in Vietnam's central Quang Nam province.
There were 39 people onboard, including 36 tourists and three cruise members, Vietnam News Agency cited local authorities as reporting.
The boat was transporting tourists from Cham Islands, a tourism hotspot in Quang Nam province, to the shore when the accident happened amid unfavorable weather conditions on Saturday afternoon.
As of 5:30 pm local time (1030 GMT), rescue forces found 35 people, including 13 deaths. Search for the missing is underway, according to the report.
