The US should refrain from a new "cold war" of confrontation and aggression, said Jan Oberg, the director of the Transnational Foundation for Peace & Future Research in Sweden.

All nations have to think as one humanity and have to create cooperation instead, he added.

He pointed out it's not right to dichotomize everything that it's either you are with us or you are against us. "It's either-or political thinking instead of inclusive thinking," Oberg said.

"People have to live in unity and diversity" and "see cooperation as a prevention of more warfare", Oberg said.
