More than 20 officials, athletes, scholars and envoys from member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and other Eurasian states will gather at the China-SCO-Eurasia Youth Leaders Dialogue and talk about their expectations for the upcoming Beijing Winter Olympics.
The virtual event is scheduled for 2:30 pm Tuesday.
