Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway marks second anniversary

The line, which opened on Dec 30, 2019, handled 1.38 million passenger trips over the past two years, a daily average of 19,000 trips, according to China Beijing Railway Group, the line's operator. The trains run at a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
