5.8-magnitude quake hits Tibet: CENC preliminary report

BEIJING - A 5.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Shuanghu county, Nagqu city, Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region, at 9:53 pm Tuesday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 31.76 degrees north latitude and 87.94 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km, the center said in a formal report.
